Petratherm Limited (PTR) is an Australian copper and critical minerals explorer focused on the discovery of world-class deposits in South Australia.
In September 2024, PTR announced the discovery of high-grade titanium rich heavy mineral sands (HMS) at the Muckanippie Project in the northern Gawler Craton of South Australia, which is now a core focus of ongoing exploration activities. The Company also has several advanced drill ready projects in the Olympic Copper-Gold Domain of South Australia.
PTR listed on the Australian Stock Exchange in June 2004 and was originally a leading pioneer in State of the Art engineered geothermal exploration and technology. The Company was founded out of Research and Development undertaken by Minotaur Resources, discovers of the world-class Prominent Hill Copper-Gold Mine. Following divestment of its geothermal interests, in more recent times, PTR has returned to its mineral exploration origins.
As a mineral explorer, PTR re-listed on the ASX in 2018 and continues to maintain its strong frontier exploration pedigree, a hallmark of the Company.
