Petratherm Limited (PTR) is an Australian mineral exploration company focused on the discovery of world-class copper-gold and rare earth deposits.
The Company has several advanced drill ready projects in the Olympic Copper-Gold Domain of South Australia. PTR recently announced the discovery of significant concentrations of rare earths hosted in clays in the Northern Gawler Craton of South Australia which are now undergoing intensive drill testing.
PTR listed on the Australian Stock Exchange in June 2004 and was originally a leading pioneer in State of the Art engineered geothermal exploration and technology. The Company was founded out of Research and Development undertaken by Minotaur Resources, discovers of the world-class Prominent Hill Copper-Gold Mine. Following divestment of its geothermal interests, in more recent times, PTR has returned to its mineral exploration origins.
As a mineral explorer, PTR re-listed on the ASX in 2018 and continues to maintain its strong frontier exploration pedigree, a hallmark of the Company.
